WSA team will send the ‘Delivery Label’ & ‘Address info’ to your email after Dec 01 2024
– Please Send your samples to the WSA warehouse in Macao.
WSA entrants have two shipping options:
– Private shipping arrangements (eg DHL, UPS, FEDEX).
– Consolidated shipping
! Please note, you will be responsible for all arrangements and transportation costs. The samples must be sent Duty Paid e.g. paying customs’ costs, taxes and duties associated with sending your samples.
The Macao spirits duties are as follows:
alcohol ≥ 30% vol : spirits CIF Macao value x 10% (MOP) + total liters (L) x 20 (MOP)
alcohol < 30% vol : No duty applies.
Please send your spirits samples (2 bottles per entry (700ml x 2 or 750ml x 2) or 3 bottles per entry (500ml x 3), totaling a minimum of 1400mL per entry.) to WSA logistic Partner’s Warehouse before Mar 20, 2025. (Address information on the Delivery Label , WSA team will send the ‘Delivery Label’ to your email after Jan 1 2025.)

- 2 bottles per entry (700ml x 2 or 750ml x 2) or 3 bottles per entry (500ml x 3), totaling a minimum of 1400mL per entry.
- The Delivery Label must be completed and attached to your box. (Address information on the Delivery Label , WSA team will send the ‘Delivery Label’ to your email after Jan 1 2025.)
- Spirits cannot be accepted by our logistic partner if the charges associated with shipping have not been paid.
- WSA is not responsible for tracking the shipping of your spirits, please ensure everything is in order before sending your spirits.
Goods receiving time: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Spirits that arrives after the deadline date will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
Do I Need To Insure My spirits?
WSA and its logistic partner will not take responsibility for spirits damaged or lost whilst in transit. In the event that for reasons beyond the reasonable control of WSA, it is necessary or advisable for the World Spirits Awards to be cancelled, WSA cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss of profit, damage or expense of any kind incurred as the result of such a cancellation.
